Given her financial background and accounting experience, Ms. Sidrys focuses her practice on commercial litigation and has handled a number of lawsuits involving securities, accounting malpractice, and shareholder derivative claims. Most recently, Ms. Sidrys co-chaired a six-month trial in the Southern District of New York for Motorola, that involved fraudulent transfer and preference claims, and resulted in a verdict in favor of her client.
